MEMBER PRIVILEGE PLAN

A. GENERAL

1. These Terms and Conditions govern the Member Privilege Plan (“Plan”) and EXCARD Corporation Sdn. Bhd.'s (“EXCARD”) relationship with the Members.
2. By subscribing to the Plan, the Member agrees to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

B. MEMBERSHIP

1. The Plan offers four membership statuses. The entry status is Cash. Members may qualify for the Silver, Gold, and Platinum statuses by meeting the requisite top-up amount (“Qualifying Top Up”).
2. Changes in Membership Status will be implemented immediately upon successful Qualifying Top Up, and Members will enjoy the privileges until the next Qualifying Top Up.

C. TOP UP BONUS

1. Eligibility :
   1. Customers who top up RM 30,000 in a single transaction are eligible to receive a 1% top-up bonus, totaling RM 30,300 in account credit.
   2. You will receive an additional 1% top-up bonus, which will be credited to your account balance within 24 hours
2. Bonus Usage :
   1. The top-up bonus is credited exclusively as account credit and is not withdrawable.
   2. The bonus can only be used for purchasing products or services within the platform.
3. Account Balance Usage :
   1. Customers' account balances can be used for all payment transactions within the platform. To ensure smooth account operations, customers are advised to maintain a reasonable balance in their accounts.
4. General Terms :
   1. The company reserves the right to modify or terminate the top-up bonus program at any time without prior notice.
   2. Any misuse of the bonus or violation of platform rules may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and/or account suspension.
   3. By participating in this promotion, customers agree to these terms and conditions.

D. TERMS FOR PRIVILEGES

1. Discount privileges :
   1. Members may enjoy discount privileges by maintaining Membership Status or spending a requisite amount in a single order (“Qualifying Order Amount”).
   2. Discount based on Membership Status :
      1. Available to Silver, Gold, and Platinum Members.
   3. Discount based on Qualifying Order Amount :
      1. Available to all Members.
      2. On a per-order basis.
   4. In the event that an order is eligible for multiple discounts, only one discount will be applied, whichever is higher.

2. Ready Designed eTemplate PDF download privileges:
   1. Available to all Members.
3. Ready Designed eTemplate AI download privileges:
   1. Available to Silver, Gold, and Platinum Members only.
   2. Number of downloads is based on Membership Status.
   3. Any unused downloads shall be forfeited and shall not be carried forward to the next month. Once a download has been used, it cannot be cancelled.

F. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP

1. EXCARD reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to immediately and without prior notice, suspend and/or terminate a Member's membership without giving any reason whatsoever.
2. In the event that a Member's membership is suspended and/or terminated, for any reasons whatsoever, all balance shall be forfeited and all benefits and privileges shall cease forthwith.

G. MISCELLANEOUS

1. EXCARD reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to change, amend, add or retract any of the Terms and Conditions herein with or without prior notice given to Members.
