MEMBER PRIVILEGE PLAN

A. GENERAL

1. These Terms and Conditions govern the Member Privilege Plan (“Plan”) and EXCARD Corporation Sdn. Bhd.'s (“EXCARD”) relationship with the Members.
2. By subscribing to the Plan, the Member agrees to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

1. The Plan offers four membership statuses. The entry status is Cash. Members may qualify for the Silver, Gold, and Platinum statuses by meeting the requisite top-up amount (“Qualifying Top Up”).
2. Changes in Membership Status will be implemented immediately upon successful Qualifying Top Up, and Members will enjoy the privileges until the next Qualifying Top Up.

   Platinum	Minimum of RM10,000 in a single transaction
   Gold	Minimum of RM3,000 in a single transaction
   Silver	Minimum of RM1,000 in a single transaction

   *Table A above may be subject to change from time to time at EXCARD's sole and absolute discretion.

1. Discount privileges :
   1. Members may enjoy discount privileges by maintaining Membership Status or spending a requisite amount in a single order (“Qualifying Order Amount”).
   2. Discount based on Membership Status :
      1. Available to Silver, Gold, and Platinum Members.
   3. Discount based on Qualifying Order Amount :
      1. Available to all Members.
      2. On a per-order basis.
   4. In the event that an order is eligible for multiple discounts, only one discount will be applied, whichever is higher.

2. Ready Designed eTemplate PDF download privileges:
   1. Available to all Members.
3. Ready Designed eTemplate AI download privileges:
   1. Available to Silver, Gold, and Platinum Members only.
   2. Number of downloads is based on Membership Status.
   3. Any unused downloads shall be forfeited and shall not be carried forward to the next month. Once a download has been used, it cannot be cancelled.

1. EXCARD reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to immediately and without prior notice, suspend and/or terminate a Member's membership without giving any reason whatsoever.
2. In the event that a Member's membership is suspended and/or terminated, for any reasons whatsoever, all balance shall be forfeited and all benefits and privileges shall cease forthwith.

1. EXCARD reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to change, amend, add or retract any of the Terms and Conditions herein with or without prior notice given to Members.
